DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail to ship your order and dispatch orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
The following delivery options are available:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24;
- Royal Mail Tracked 48; and
- Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - Order before 11 am for Next Day Delivery (week day delivery only)
Rest of the World
Please contact us for Shipping to the rest of the world and we will provide you a timescale by emailing info@quasarlondon.com or use the chat on our website.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. Quasar London is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries.
Please note that these timescales are subject to change dependent on busy periods and holiday seasons such as bank holidays, news years and festive occasions.
Pre-Order
We can Pre-Order any Abaya or Hijab that has sold out. It will take approximately 4 weeks to reach you. It maybe that we can get it earlier to you so please DM us on Instagram.
If we discover your Pre-Order is unavailable after you have placed an order we will give you a refund.
Returns
You can return any items within 14 days of receiving it, please refer to our Refund Policy.
